Product Details
This Rabbit toy knitting pattern contains step-by-step tutorial how to knit realistic bunny toy. The rabbit can be used as a toy, props for photo shoots, or for decoration.
The pattern has been tested, and the photos feature beautiful projects made by my talented test knitters.
The rabbit is knitted by the needles in a circle. Ears and legs are knitted as separate parts and, later, sewn to the body with a thick needle.
MATERIALS and TOOLS
1) I used mink yarn from China (with blue label, mink 95%, polyester 5%) 382,8 yds/1,76Oz (350m/50gramms) in 2 strands. I used 2 colors: milky white #48, white coffee #18. Angora yarn, fluffy wool, alpaca, or mohair yarns with a similar footage are also suitable.
2) Circular needles with long line (from 23.6’’ (60cm)) for round knitting, or Addi Crazy Trio needles, or double pointed needles
3) Plastic eyes for toys with diameter from 0,2’’ (5mm) to 0,4’’ (1cm) on the threaded mount;
4) stuffing, marker, tapestry needle.
