I Wish This Cardigan is a hip-length knit with big balloon sleeves decorated with twisted rib cuffs. It is worked top-down and has a V neck collar. V neckband is worked in one piece together with a cardigan in twisted rib stitch pattern: it means that it requires little finishing.
