Product Details
I always loved photos of rats holding teddy bears or other doll props, and wanted to make my amigurumi version. The construction of these guys lent itself to the hooded color pattern - but of course they would look just as good from a solid color! You can choose between standard ears and dumbo ears, and whether to give them a miniature teddy bear to cuddle or a peanut to snack on.
This pattern is suitable for intermediate level crocheters who are confident with basic stitches and frequently used amigurumi techniques (ch, sl st, sc, hdc, dc, invisible decrease, magic ring, working in BLO, color change).
The pattern is written in English using US crochet terminology (UK/Aus equivalents provided). It contains many in-progress photos, but also includes a text-only appendix for easy printing, if you prefer working from a printed pattern but want to save ink and paper.
