The Granny and her Zimmer Tea Cosy knitting pattern is a one of a kind tea cosy that actually looks like someones grandma. The nana tea cosy depicts an old lady bent over, and walking along with her walking frame. Her eye sight isn't as good as it used to be, so she has a pair of glasses perched on her nose.
On her feet she is wearing red slippers with white pompom detailing. They are super cute.
I imagine that all grandmothers wear cardigans, they feel the cold don't they and they like to have a cardi? If they get chilly they button it up. This old lady has a green cardi on, that has been left unbuttoned.
She's a lovely looking granny, just like they used to be. And she's perfect as a cheeky gift for a new Grandma. She does bring a ray of sunshine to teatimes.
