Product Details

I have always had a sneaky love of entrelac knitting, In the 80’s there were lots of big puffy sleeved jumpers featuring entrelac and models with big hair. Anyway no puffy sleeves here I thought I would showcase the geometric style of the knitting in a tea-cosy. A small project and one where you just have to knit a single piece of entrelac which becomes the base of the tea cosy. This is embelished with knitted balls and twisted “I Cords” to heighten the geometric theme. If you are not a fan of green use your favourite shades of another colour or go for a mix of brights or pastels. The beauty of using shades of one colour is you can see them all weaving in and out of each other really well to make the trellis like pattern.
