It can be made with either one or two colors, and requires very little yardage for an instant knitting satisfaction. Sizes One size (adaptable): to cover a hair tie with a 2-inch (5-cm) diameter
Yarn Fingering weight, Miss Babs Caroline (70% Superwash Merino Wool; 20% Cashmere; 10% Nylon), 400 yds (365 m) per 95-g skein
Yardage / Meterage Color A: 33 yds (30 m) Color B: 15 yds (14 m)
Any laceweight to DK weight yarn can be used for this pattern. Gauge, yardage, and final size will vary. The scrunchie can also be made with only one color. Using leftover yarns is encouraged.
Gauge can vary. Make sure to make the Hair Tie Cover to the correct dimensions to loosely encase your elastic hair tie.
