Use angora or alpaca blend for a very warm and thick surface, wool and silk blends for a early winter cowl.
Pattern has detailed written row by row instructions and chart.
Sizing: One size: length 50 cm (19.5 inches) and height 25 cm (10 inches) after blocking.
Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) in stockinette after blocking
You can change the fit by how aggressively you block the finished piece.
