Product Details
Fane is a cardigan worked from the bottom edge and up with a nice structured/lace pattern at the front of the body. The cardigan has long set in sleeves (the yoke is worket in one piece / raglan construction).
The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 25 stitches per 10 centimeters (stockinette stitch) i.e. a yardage of approximate 300 meters per 100 grams. Pictured in hand dyed (dyed with birch leaves and indigo) 100% merino from Chester Wool Company.
The pattern includes directions for a cardigan with chest width: 98 (112, 123, 134, 144, 154) centimeters and a length of 50 (54, 55, 56, 57, 58) centimeters.
This pattern is written for a knitter who is familiar with lace knitting (worked back and forth), a knitter who is able to follow charts as well as written instructions and work increases, decreases and pick up stitches. The direction is a combination of charts and written text.
