Product Details
This crochet pattern is for a man’s sweater, made from an extended sc stitch. The design is for a loose fit sweater that hangs over the shoulder. The tension uses a slightly bigger hook than recommended, to keep the crochet loose and the feel comfortable.
The pattern comes in eleven sizes, from X-small up to 7 X-Large. All Sizes are shown in listing photos. Sizes are for the finished size of the sweater, not necessarily the fit. The instructions include details of the extended sc stitch. There is a lot of stretch in the finished item, so the sizing is only approximate.
The shirt was designed using Double Knit (DK) acrylic, Light yarn, using a 6mm hook. I specifically recommend Sirdar “Loveful, 100% Recycled Tweed Blend”, but any DK yarn will work.
I have listed this pattern as "intermediate" because of shaping and pattern techniques. Sizes are colour coordinated throughout, so experience using multi size patterns would be useful.
