The project uses the slip stitch technique which is a great way of incorporating colour work in to your knitting in a simple way. You only ever use one shade of yarn on a row and simply Knit, Purl or slip stitches to create the effect.

This hat uses 3 shades of Alpaca Classic but you can make two hats from those three balls as long as you change the rib and pom pom colour on the second hat.
