The Evangeline Poncho is a cuffed poncho with an asymmetrical silhouette--it is longer in the front, shorter in the back, and is the perfect way to add extra warmth while still showing off what is being worn underneath.
The stitch pattern creates a ribbed look; the neckline and sleeves are folded over to create a collar and cuffs. Sophisticated, modern, and cute.
With simple stitches, this is a great project for beginners. Pattern includes sizes 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 2T, and 4T.
Required materials: -Approximately 305 yards for size 6 mo, 360 yards for size 12 mo, 390 yards for size 18 mo, 475 yards for size 2T, 555 yards for size 4T of fingering weight yarn -US G/4.00 mm crochet hook -Stitch marker -Yarn needle -Scissors
