Product Details
“Eilean” (Gaelic for island) is a top-down seamless sweater, combining the best of yoke and raglan construction for an ultimate fit. Its slightly bell-shaped sleeves are comfortably wide, but not in the way, and the all-over texture makes this garment an entertaining knit. With a small amount of simple fair isle knitting on the yoke – just enough to be decorative, but not as much as to be intimidatingly complicated – it is a good project to get acquainted with colorwork in the round. “Eilean” sweater is knit in our “Delicious” yarn – a gorgeous blend of baby alpaca, silk and cashmere that is pleasant to work with, and equally pleasant to wear.
