Product Details
These baby bib shorts are both practical and adorable with a dragonfly which is worked as an embroidered motif, so no need for intarsia work. Worked in aran weight cotton, the bib shorts fasten with buttons at shoulder straps and side waistband. Can be worn over a long sleeve T-shirt and tights on cold days and just a vest on warmer days. We use grey and lilac, a classic colour combination or can be worked in any colour combination of your choice, with or without the dragonfly. If possible use yarn from your stash to work the motif as it does not require a full 50g ball, or use the paintbox minis. Dragonfly would like great in shades of blue.
We have worked this pattern in Paintbox cotton aran, Rico cotton aran and Debbie Bliss cashmerino Aran and have been equally happy with all yarns.
