Product Details
A pointelle lace inspired flower motif decorates this beautiful scarf.
Claire Scarf is a long sideways-knit shawl or scarf. You start knitting at one tip, then work your way across to the opposite tip, creating an elongated shape with a straight middle part and tapered pointy tips.
I made my original sample with a fine, fluffy lace weight yarn held double. The pattern provides lots of options for easy adjustments though if you wish to use a different yarn weight and/or make a smaller/larger scarf according to the yarn/yardage you have available.
It is adjustable in both length and width, and would also make a great project for a single 100 g-skein of fingering weight yarn.
Fully written row-by-row as well as charted instructions are provided so you can choose which you prefer to work from.
