The Tam has a roomy top that gathers into a band around the head and is great for colder weather. The Brimmed Puffed hat has a country style to it & can also be made as a sun hat. The directions are written for one adult size but it is easy to make any size for both patterns. This is a written pattern and it uses basic American crochet terminology.
