Product Details
Adorably sweet, the Brae sweater is a cropped combo of stripes and Fair Isle motifs - we just can't express how much we love this little knit! It is part of Debbie Bliss' new collection, Modern Heritage, which blends the traditional color techniques with modern to produce an exciting range in sorbet sweet shades! Knitted flat and seamed.

Thus far, I have done the sample and started the sweater. The pattern is easy to read, but I follow instructions on my computer so that I can check the colour change better as I can zoom the pattern. Still waiting for the olive and rose pink to continue knitting as the colours are in back order, but really am excited with what I have done so far. It's my first time knitting such a complex pattern, but really enjoying the experience. It is certainly more interesting than knitting a sweater with just one colour. Thank you for the pattern creator. I find it is an interesting take on the usual Fair Isle patterns.
It's a beautiful garment but there is an error in the fair isle chart that makes it wrong if you try to follow it. Shame.
