**Ahlie hat is worked from the brim up. It starts with a provisional cast on and a folded stockinette brim that’s worked on smaller needles. The folded brim will cover your ears and give you a bit of extra warmth on especially chilly or windy days. The body of the hat features the Ahlie stitch pattern and decreases that create a beanie or toque style of hat. **
The pattern includes instructions for 5 circumferences and heights.
