Instructions for a baby or reborn doll's dress set with a lacy pattern, textured bodice, and lacy sleeves. There is a bonnet and bootees to match. The bonnet has a lacy turned back brim. I have knitted the outfit shown in Wendy Peter Pan DK. When knitted this set will fit a 21-22 inch reborn, 19-20 inch reborn, 17-18 inch reborn or a 15-16" reborn, or babies 3lb through to 3 months.
You will need:
15-16” or 37.5-40cm Height (Approx 3-4lb Prem) Size 2 x 100g 4ply, 4 buttons, 3m ribbon, 1 x pr 2.75mm needles making a tension of 30sts and 38 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch
16-17” or 40-42.5cm Height (Approx 4-6lb Prem) Size 2 x 100g 4ply, 4 buttons, 4m ribbon, 1 x pr 3.25mm needles making a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch
18-19” or 45-47.5cm Height (Approx 6-7lb Newborn) Size 2 x 100g 4ply, 4 buttons, 4m ribbon, 1 x pr 3.75mm needles or dk yarn and 3.25mm needles making a tension of 26sts and 34 rows to 10cm square over
