Gauge: 22 sts and 28 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch
Note: The original yarn called for in this pattern has been discontinued. Valley Yarns Southwick is an excellent substitution for Longmeadow.

Recent reviews
I chose the pattern, only to find out that Lovecrafts no longer stock the yarn. However, I decided to get the pattern and choose another DK yarn later. I had not tried a Valley Yarns pattern before and found the instructions/abbreviations quite different. (Possibly American) So I decided not to use it. It’s a shame that you can’t see more details of the pattern until after you order it.
