Kate - I didn’t knit this garment ,I think the hemline is part of the pattern,but the pattern is on the top right hand side of the page if you scroll up, it’s called Honey Pie, I’m not sure if the flowers are hand sewn on but I’m sure Chris M would be able to advise you on this.
