    About

    This is my second Lily Doll for a great niece. Used embroidery thread for her facial features so there would not be any choking hazards. Need to make a few more for other great nieces and some friend’s grandchildren. It is a really fun doll to make.

    Other : Learned how to make an I-cord from watching a YouTube video. Also did single crochet to tie the back top of her dress.

    Measurements

    40cm tall

    Notes: Made her panties a little taller - row 24 I started knitting 2 together seven times in that row, spaced out. Then I knitted three more rows.

    Did an I-Cord using size 4 needles and 5 knitted stitches until it was 17 inches long to use to tie her hair up.

    Used embroidery thread for her facial features and added them before stuffing and seeing up her head. / Eyes 1 3/4” from top, Eyes - 1 1/2” apart, Eyebrows - 1/4” above eyes, Nose- 1/2” below eyes, Mouth - 3/4” below nose
