    About

Special request from our local nursery for a Room on the Broom story sack, so who was I to turn down the challenge!!
Picked Wendy the Witch as I thought she looked quite friendly and added a ginger plait and nose. I know the animals aren't to scale, but liked the patterns and thought the children wouldn't worry that much! Used Amanda Berry patterns for Griff the Dragon and Johnny the Crow. The dog and cat are from Deramores and used Sarah Keen Knitted Fairy Tales for the frog. Cauldron is from the Alan Dart pattern, and even found a free pattern for the wand from Knitables. Hope the children enjoy this story as must admit I did!!

Thanks Joan. I did knit another frog, but it turned out bigger then the dragon, so luckily found a replacement to join the story!! 🐸
