Terms and conditions: Win your very own Paintbox color pack!

1. This Competition shall open at 12:59 GMT on 21 January 2019 until 23:59 GMT on 25 February 2019 (the "Close Date").
2. You can enter this Competition EITHER (a) via a collections board on the LoveKnitting or LoveCrochet websites. Each collection board must include the hashtag #paintboxyarns along with a name for your color pack as the collection board title, and ten individual colors of Paintbox Yarns Simply DK must be saved to the collection board. OR (b) via Instagram stories, where the participant must follow @paintboxyarns on Instagram, and share a story with an image featuring ten Paintbox Yarns color swatch GIF Stickers, the hashtag #paintboxyarns and a title for your color pack, the image must also be sent directly to @paintboxyarns as an image. You may enter more than 1 project.
3. Entries will be judged by a panel of 4 influencers with significant knitting and/or crochet experience. A list of judges is available upon request in writing. Their decision shall be final. Employees of LoveCrafts will shortlist the finalists to fifty candidates. Whereafter the panel of influencers will select one winner.
4. One winner shall be chosen. The winner will receive £75/$100USD/$140AUD worth of Paintbox Yarns in assorted colors and yarn weights and their color pack featured on www.loveknitting.com/www.lovecrochet.com (the “Color Pack”) (see 6). No cash equivalent will be awarded. The Winner may be required to participate in reasonable marketing activities on our Websites and consent to publication of their name only for this purpose and in order to comply with these terms
5. The Winner will be chosen within 30 days of the Close Date, and will be notified by email within a further 30 days. The prize shall be awarded within 60 days of the Close Date. The name of the winner will be available on request (see contact details below).
6. The Color Pack will be available exclusively on loveknitting.com and lovecrochet.com for a minimum of four weeks once created and stocked by LoveCrafts, after which LoveCrafts reserves the right to discontinue the Color Pack without warning to the Winner. The Winner shall not be entitled to any remuneration from or relating to sales of the Color Pack.
7. The following people are not eligible to enter this Competition: employees of Lovecrafts Collective Limited (and their family members); residents of Austria, Hong Kong, Dubai, Russia and Italy; those under the age of 18.
