Détails du produit

This unique scarf/stole can be used for all four seasons. It is constructed in a very unusual manner allowing for no seaming and no Kitchener stitches. It’s light enough to be worn as a stole in the summer and wide and long enough to be worn as a scarf in the winter. The Lorna’s Laces Soulmate gives it a wonderful drape that might be hard to duplicate with another yarn.

This scarf/stole is 14 1/2 inches wide and 71 inches long.

The scarf/stole has an ornate Shetland edging on both sides, allowing you to work with a lovely lace stitch, but still making this a fairly quick project to knit. It is constructed all in a single piece. The focal stitch is almost a somewhat unusual mesh/lace type stitch that comes to us from Russia.

There are also instructions for an optional crocheted edging, should you want the top and bottom of your FO edged.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of lace knitting).

Any light weight fingering yarn will work with this pattern.
