The open fan pattern creates these beautiful arches.
Written instructions, stitch-diagrams for all sizes, photos and tutorials with videos..
YARN: Light/3/DK/8 Ply/Wpi: 11. Cotton, or any yarn suitable.
My yarn: Crochet thread size 3, 100 % mercerized cotton, wpi: 21.
Worked with double yarn (two strands). Recommended. See "Materials"
A must for slippers with outsoles for street wear; achieves a stiff and sturdy fabric.

As I always do with all my cotton slippers, Cord Soles are joined to the bottoms.
This will extend the slipper's lifetime, protect them against wear and tear, and make them more comfy, warm and sturdy.
And not least, it will turn your slippers into shoes for street-wear, like Espadrilles!
