What a fun party hat to wear at the office! This is easy to knit too. Knit up hat in two sides, then sew together. (this part is easy too) Then add pompons for ornaments, or beads and buttons! It really looks cute for ladies with tiny bows sewn all over it too! This is not only a hat, it can be used as a cover over jars and small coffee cans! A real novelty item!
