This pattern is a fun little bookmark, and would be excellent way for someone who has tried double-knitting to wants to get their toes wet with double-knitted lace. It is also a good way to use up some of the inevitable leftovers of yarn from other projects.
I have included an illustrated guide to a few of the most common stitches used in lace knitting, and how I do these stitches in double-knitting.
