Summer Joy Wreath

Have a fruitful summer with this wreath decorated with an assortment of colourful fruit slices, wedges and berries. This knitting pattern includes the instructions to knit a wreath cover, and all of the decorative elements you can see in the photograph which includes slices, wedges and halves of fruits including Apple, Dragonfruit, Fig, Grapefruit, Guava, Kiwi, Kumquat, Lemon, Lime, Orange, and Watermelon, plus other whole fruits including Blackberry, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Cherry, Grape, Raspberry, Redcurrant and Strawberry. These decorative elements can also be used to decorate other projects, or use them to make brooches or decorate hair slides. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, all pieces are knitted in 100% merino wool DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). Some pieces are knitted tubes (i-cord) which is worked on two DPNs. You can choose how you cover your wreath with the decorative elements, copy this display or use your own design.
