Sigvald is a cardigan knitted back and forth from the bottom edge and up with long sleeves and a nice textured all-over pattern (matches the Sigvald Blanket design). The front of the cardigan has buttons. This pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 28 stitches per 10 centimeters (textured pattern), i.e. a yardage of approximately 170 meters per 50 grams.
The Pattern includes directions for knitting a size 3 months; 6/9 months; 12/18 months; 2 years; 3 years and 4 years with chest width 43 (48, 53, 58, 63, 68) centimeters.
This pattern is written for a knitter who is able to knit back and forth in textured pattern, make buttonholes, pick up stitches as well as increases and decreases and knows how to follow a chart as well as written instructions.
Materials: yarn, buttons, knitting needles and stitch markers.
