Regalia Cardigan is a funnel neck cardigan worked mostly in stockinette. Vertical and horizontal lines created using moss rib stitch, frame the silhouette and give the cardigan a special touch and a sophisticated look.
Regalia Cardigan is knitted top down, is completely seamless and has a contiguous set-in sleeves (method developed by Susie Myers). You start with a folded collar. Neck openings are shaped using short rows. Then you increase for the shoulders, sleeves and body. You continue working the body in rows while the sleeve stitches are placed on an extra cable. After finishing the body you work the sleeves in the round. Horizontal stripes are worked using join as you go method. Button bands are worked using a double face knitting.
