This cardigan is all Texas! The yarn is from a Texan dyer with a colorway depicting my beautiful part of Texas, The Piney Woods. As the name implies, the Piney Woods are a pine forested area full of pretty wildflowers; but this also includes the nine bands which you see on the ever-present armadillos! This round-neck, top-down cardigan is worked with integrated button bands and absolutely no seaming.

Yarn: Bashful Armadillo 4-ply Fingering Weight, 85% Extrafine Merino/15% Nylon, 437 yards/100g, 3(3, 3, 4, 5, 5) skeins.
Needles: US #4/3.5mm circular needle, 32 inches or longer for the body of the top (larger sizes may prefer a longer needle), and needles of the same size to work your preferred method to knit small circumferences in the round.
