These quick-to-knit slipper socks have a pierogi-shaped tab on the back of leg, just above the heel flap, that makes the slipper both warmer and a bit easier to pull on.
To knit this pattern, you need to know how to work flat and in the round, pick up a stitch from the cast-on edge and work it together with a live stitch, pick up stitches from along a slipped-stitch edge, work basic decreases in knit and purl, and use Kitchener stitch to graft live stitches.
