These snowflake fingerless mitts feature a twist on the classic snowflake design with an elegant and festive feel. The color-work pattern allows for many different color combinations. I love the classic, timeless red and white colors, which in this case I can’t help but think of peppermint candies. These fingerless mitts are made with more stitches are on the fronts than the backs to follow the anatomy of a hand that’s naturally curved on top and needs more fabric than the palm side. This way there’s also no excess fabric in the palm.
