Little Valentine the Bear

This little bear makes such a sweet gift for someone special – whether it’s for an anniversary, Valentine’s Day or just to say ‘I love you’.

You can, however, also make this sleepy bear without the heart if you prefer.

The pattern is largely worked in continuous rounds starting with a magic ring so you’ll need to use st markers to help you keep track of your st count.

The legs, body and ruff are all worked in one piece so there’s less sewing later, and are worked from the legs upwards. The arms, head, ears, muzzle and heart are crocheted separately before attaching. Finally, you’ll add a few embroidery details to the face.
