Détails du produit

This garter stitch scarf is asymmetrical in both overall shape and edging. The lace edge is worked into the design and does not need to be added on in the final step. The eyelets on one edge of the scarf are larger than the ones on the opposite side for a very unique & quirky look.

I named the pattern after the character Lenore in Roman Dirge’s black comedy comic series Lenore, the Cute Little Dead Girl since her eyes are asymmetrical. What can I say? I love spooky cute things. :)

It can be made from any worsted weight yarn. Nearly an entire skein of Malabrigo Rios yarn in the colorway Vaa was used to make the scarf in the photos.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY:Intermediate

STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES YOU NEED TO KNOW:To make this scarf you need to know how to knit (k) stitches, do yarn overs {both single yarn overs (yo) and double yarn overs (yoyo)}, and work backward loop cast on stitches (CO).

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:The finished scarf measures approximately 35” across the top edge, 17” in height and 30” across the bottom edge (one with the largest eyelets).
