On my way to the hospital I once saw a girl with one of these beanies with a big star at the front on it.
Born was the idea to make my happy star beanie.
With bigger stars and two versions:
either a simple big star or a smiley star!

You can choose between a one color ribbing or a two color ribbing, then also between the single color star or the smiley star.
But the best thing: at the top is another big star!!!
It comes in two versions. A more slouchy version and a smaller beanie style version with a better fit.
You can use any 4 - to 5 ply yarn (sock, merino or Acrylic).
Due to the longer floats to carry along it's a project for advanced stranded knitters.
