Halle is a smaller version of all the unplanned pooling effects and fun in the Flohmarkt shawl pattern, but much quicker to knit.
The pattern has two different versions of the finished look and two different weight of yarn options, Fingering and DK are both included.
The pattern is easy to follow with lots of photos to guide you through the steps. If you prefer you can use 2 circulars or Magic Loop instead of DPNs.
DK version: Finished Measurements: 1A After blocking - approx. 96.5 cm/38” around by 18 cm/7” wide 1B After blocking - approx. 96.5 cm/38” around by 23 cm/9” wide. Gauge: Before blocking - 25 stitches by 49 rows in 10 cm/4” square Garter stitch.
Fingering weight version: Finished Measurements: 2A After blocking - approx. 96.5 cm/38” around by 18 cm/7” wide 2B After blocking - approx. 96.5 cm/38” around by 23 cm/9” wide. Gauge: Before blocking - 29 stitches by 60 rows in 10 cm/4” square Garter stitch.
