Détails du produit

Jellyfish are -often bioluminescent - free swimming marine animals, found in oceans all over the world!

There are four jellyfish in this pattern: the purple-stripped jellyfish, the white-spotted jellyfish, the flame jellyfish and the West Coast sea nettle. At night-time, these jellyfish have a little surprise in store: THEY GLOW IN THE DARK!

Together, the jellies make a great mock aquarium, a colorful crib mobile or out-of-the-box Christmas tree ornaments.

A jellyfish needs only a tiny amount of yarn, so you can use up any scraps you have lying around. Just adding a strand of phosphorescent sewing yarn to your knit, will make them glow in the dark. The jellyfish are an easy to medium project, made on 1.3 mm double pointed needles in a lace-gauged yarn with some knitting flat or in the round, intarsia color work, i-cord knitting and basic crocheting. They can also be knitted on larger needles in bulkier yarn and they will then turn out bigger.

Have a de***light***ful knit! Viv
