This cowl was originally published in Inside Crochet issue 76 as part of a collection called ‘3 ways with motifs’. It is made from 15 motifs joined as you go in autumnal colours.
The sample uses a lovely handspun yarn from Peru which varies in thickness but is similar to aran weight. You could use any aran weight yarn and it would be fabulous as a stash buster. I recommend a minimum of 3 colours and a total of approx. 300m.
The cowl measures approx. 140cm (55in) long by 9cm (3½in) wide when blocked. This length can be wrapped comfortably once, twice or three times around your neck
