Fleurs Du Mal is a lacy modified triangle-shaped shawl worked from top to down. With it's weightless texture shawl drapes like a cobweb and curved top edge helps it perfectly stay on the shoulders by itself.
This project needs good blocking.
Finished size 120 x 62 cm (47" x 25"). Size is easily adjustable.
Pattern is written row-by-row and charted.
Materials needed:
•One skein of Fingering weight yarn, about 430 yards (400 meters) per 100 grams.
•Small amount of contrasting color for edging.
•8 mm (L) hook
•Blocking pins
•Tapestry needle and scissors
Gauge is not important for this pattern, you can choose any yarn weight from Lace to Sport, just go down/up with the hook size.
