This is a pattern I worked up from a picture floating around the internet. I have only done it for a 12 month size, but plan to convert to a full pattern range soon. The yarn metres required is approximate as I cant remember what the yardage was on the balls of wool I used. enjoy :)
** I have had a couple of people question the pattern based on starting with stocking stitch. I have attached some progress photo's. The jacket is knitted in one piece as back, sleeves and side fronts. After these are done, you pick up stitches around the edge and knit the shawl collar as one piece. Any questions please ask :)
