This is a cute, cuddly and practical design for toddlers. The knitting pattern includes written instructions, a chart for the duck motif and photographs. The sweater is knit flat on two needles and seamed. I used Sirdar Denim Tweed as the main yarn for the garment photographed, however you can use any DK yarn that knits to the same tension of 22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm/4in using 4mm needles over stocking stitch - as Denim Tweed may have been discontinued! I suggest Stylecraft Life DK in a denim shade as a good alternative (note: Stylecraft Life comes in 100g balls, 298m/326yards per ball).
