Détails du produit

At last ... a waterfall sweater that won't fall off your shoulders! And the fun-to-knit drop-stitch cable border creates a pretty handkerchief hem. With long slim sleeves and ribbed edging. Cable decreases and increases add nice details.

Construction: Sweater is knit in one piece from bottom to underarms, then worked separately as 2 fronts and a back. Ribbing and cable border are worked continuously with sweater body. Sleeves are worked separately and set in.

Sizes listed are double the sweater measurement across the back from underarm to underarm. Recommended ease: -2 to +2". Sweater shown is size 36" pictured with 0 ease on dress form and -1" ease on model.

Yarn substitutions - any light worsted weight wool or wool blend yarn that works nicely to gauge. Heavy yarns such as silk and linen may cause the long fronts to stretch out longer.

Gauge: 17 stitches and 23 rows = 4" / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch using larger needles.

Skills used: Cables, cable decreases (explained), dropped stitches.

Pattern includes: Written instructions, stitch pattern in both charted and written formats, schematics, glossary.
