Chevron Classic is a colorful afghan crocheted without seams using the star stitch. This example uses four colors for the chevrons, but it could be created with any number of color combinations as long as a single color is used for each chevron row. Working over colors not in use, creates a reversible fabric. A border row of star stitch and a delicate picot edging are added after the main body of the afghan is completed. Sport yarn (or DK) allows the use of multiple colors and still creates a nice, light-weight blanket.
