This beautiful garland is made up of one butterfly and one flower/star pattern. It looks amazing hanging on your wall or on a shelf and would be great as a nursery decoration. It would also make a really lovely gift!
It is easy to be customised to fit your needs. Want it longer? Crochet more flowers and butterflies! Only want butterflies? Just use butterflies! These designs can also be used in other projects as well, such as a cushion applique.
Gauge does not matter for this project. You will need scraps of cotton 4ply/sport yarn in six different colours, and white cotton 2ply/fingering yarn for the chain. The sample was worked in Drops Safran. A substitute yarn is shown below.
