The pattern would be considered to require an intermediate skill level, but as a first sweater for a knitter who has worked cables in accessory patterns, this tunic would be perfect. Because this is a unisex design, yardage will be greater for a very tall man, but for the largest women's size, 1800 yards should be adequate. The sweater will also fit teens, as well as men and women. The cable motif is both written and charted.
