Big Embrace is a large, three-color, top down triangular shawl made of three different textured sections, divided by garter stitch accents. Increases at the sides of each row help the shape of shawl to stay around your shoulders easily.
My sample is quite big: 212 cm wingspan, 82 cm center depth / 85’’ wingspan, 32’’ center depth, but the shawl can be easily made smaller (or larger - resizing instructions are provided).
For my original sample I used about 0.9 skeins of color A, 1.5 skeins of color B and 2 skeins of color C
SKILLS REQUIRED Knit, Purl, Increasing (knit into the front and back, purl into the front and back, Make one Right, Make one Left), Purl through the back loop, Garter tab cast on
