The sweater is knitted from the top down, in the round, with raglan increases it's very easy to make and the perfect pattern for confident beginners. It has the option to knit the collar rib and part of the top back with an opening and a button, making it easier for the baby's head to pass through.

This baby romper can be knitted flat or in the round. Instructions for both versions are available in the pdf file. It is worked from the bottom up and, while the body is knitted in stockinette stitch, the chest iand straps are made in garter stitch, buttoning at the front. There are also instructions (with a video tutorial) to knit and add an optional garter stitch pocket.
