A Walk in the Park Mittens

• Sizes: The size of the mittens can be adjusted with yarn and needles. My recommendation would be: for S/M light fingering + 2mm needles, for M use fingering + 2.25/2.5 mm needles, for large use sport weight and 2.5/3 mm needles.

• Stranded colorwork: Follow the charts from right to left. Catch longer floats using preferred method.

• Duplicate stitch: Some of the design elements (birds, marks on the trees, berries) are added with duplicate stitch technique and small amounts of other colors – optional.

• Adding beads (optional): To make your mittens more festive and sparkly, consider adding beads for berries to the stitches marked with a B on the chart.
