Wee Woodland Wuzzies

The pattern includes instructions for 7 animals: squirrel, mouse, hare, otter, hedgehog, owl, and fox. The finished toys are approx. 3" tall, and use only a small amount of worsted yarn for each animal. The hat and scarf patterns are also included, and they use small amounts of fingering or sport weight yarn. Skills required include stockinette stitch, garter stitch, increasing between stitches, decreasing to left and right, changing colours, and sewing seams. The toys are all knit flat, and then seamed together.

(Note: I've used worsted yarn for the toys because it is common in Canada and the US. The toys could easily be knit from DK, but you would need to go down a needle size for both the toys and the accessories)
